This year I turn forty. FORTY!  I'm proud to be staring down forty and gearing up for my sixth Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.  You know I love to walk.  You know I love to fund raise.  So lets cut to the chase and get to the heart of it...

There are many many women and some men who simply do not see forty because they've lost the battle with breast cancer.  We need that to not happen.  I will walk you will donate and birthdays will be celebrated.  Deal?

Thank you.  From the bottom of my heart thank you.  Thank you for sharing my passion (even just a little bit) for donating (again and again) for cheering me on, for spreading the word, for sharing your story, for telling your hairstylost my personal page address so I can receive random unknown donations.

My first goal is to hit $100 in 10 days and ultimately the first big goal is to hit $1974.  Iwas born in 1974, almost 40 years ago.  Seventeen years later I had my first encounter with breast cancer.  Not personally.  My aunt was diagnosed, treated and ultimately died.  I'm still pissed by that fact.  It fuels the fire that keeps my legs pumping.
