Walking the past 4 years has been an amazing experience. I've walked alongside hundreds of women and men, each walking for their own reasons. Some were survivors who had WON their battle against breast cancer. Some were walking in memory of a loved one who had LOST their battle to breast cancer. Some were walking in honor of a loved one who was BATTLING breast cancer ....... and some - like me - were walking because we just wanted to make a difference and raise awareness for this great cause.

Even though Vicki and I won't be walking this year, as crew members we're even more involved with this event than before. We'll be keeping the walkers hydrated and be constant cheerleaders, encouraging everyone as they come our way.

I may not need to raise any money as a crew member, but if you think that's going to stop me from asking, then you obviously don't know me that well =D

Every little helps, so, if you can only donated $5, you're still making a difference.

Because of your generousity and support for me over the past 4 years, you have helped donate over $13,000 towards Avon Breast Cancer Research and I thank you for that. Let's make this another great year. I hope that I can count on your support yet again.

Lori just had her first round of chemo last month. It was tough on her and unfortunately it's something she has to go through in order to beat this disease. She's going to lose her hair, but who says head scarves can't be fun! She's a mother, she's a daughter and she's my friend. This one's for you Lori!
