Welcome to the Lombardi/CBCC team!
We walk to bring breast cancer prevention and care to the women of the DC region.
With the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer's support CBCC (Capital Breast Care Center)
opened its doors in Southeast DC in 2004. Since then CBCC has provided
more than 6,000 mammograms and helped countless women navigate through
to high quality cancer care at Lombardi Cancer Center.
Last year our dedicated team of 40+ women and men raised more than $80,000
to support Avon and CBCC. This year we hope to top $100,000!
