End the Dread It is now Thursday and I am setting out for my journey tomorrow afternoon with another amazing team Sandy's Angels. Well, imagine how honored I am to be sharing even a car ride with a family that is as tightly knit as they are. Sadly, they lost their beloved Mother Sandy Zeglis in October and their lives have forever been changed by this horrific loss of a beautiful life to the Dread. |

I feel so Lucky!!!
Well, I have no idea why I have neglected to update this page.
Here it is....I am working hard my friends! I may still have jiggle in my wiggle but I am wearing out my socks and shoes to honor my commitment to WALK nearly 40 miles!
I can not thank you enough for your words of encouragement, well wishes and your hard earned cash!!!!!
We are In it To End It baby =)
40 miles is nothing compared to the challenges people just like me have to face with the Diagnosis of Dread.

uh oh...
Well I did it!
I finally committed to walk nearly 40 miles to help kick Dread right in the behind! Walked last night for the first time & reflected on the fact that it was the first day of my newest journey.
One year ago this month nearly every strand of my long hair was flying in the wind. No - I mean flying off my head in the wind :-)
Yeah - I already feel like I might be heading in the right direction.
Thanks for thinkin' pink!
Love always
Betty
